These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Topnotch Sports’ website, services, and products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.

Company: Refers to Topnotch Sports.
Client: Refers to any B2B buyer, wholesaler, distributor, retailer, e-commerce store, or organization purchasing custom apparel from us.
Products: Custom-made sportswear, streetwear, athleisure, activewear, weightlifting accessories, and other custom apparel.


Orders

Custom Orders:
Clients are required to provide detailed specifications, including design, fabric type, and size requirements.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply depending on the product category.

Order Confirmation:
An order is considered confirmed once a proforma invoice is issued and the client makes an advance payment as agreed.

Modifications:
Any changes to the order must be communicated before production begins.


Pricing and Payment

Pricing:
All prices are quoted based on custom specifications, order volume, and delivery requirements. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
For larger B2B orders, we offer tiered pricing based on quantity.

Payment Terms:
Standard payment terms include a 30%-50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable before shipping.
For long-term clients or bulk orders, flexible payment terms can be negotiated.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Bank transfers are always the preferred method for international clients, but we also accept Paypal, Stripe, Zelle, and Venmo for startups and small orders.


Production and Lead Time

The production lead time varies depending on order size, complexity, and availability of materials.
Standard lead times range from 4 to 6 weeks.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.


Shipping and Delivery

Topnotch Sports ships globally using reliable logistics partners.
Shipping costs are borne by the client unless otherwise specified.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.


Returns and Refunds

Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Approved returns will be replaced or credited at the company’s discretion.


Intellectual Property

Client-Provided Designs:
All designs, logos, and brand elements provided by the client remain their intellectual property. Topnotch Sports guarantees the confidentiality of client designs and will not reproduce or share them without explicit written consent.

Topnotch Sports Designs:
Any design, pattern, or concept developed by Topnotch Sports for a client, unless otherwise agreed upon, remains the intellectual property of Topnotch Sports. These may only be reproduced with our written approval.

Non-Disclosure:
Topnotch Sports adheres to strict confidentiality agreements for B2B partnerships, ensuring that client product specifications and business dealings remain private.


Limitation of Liability

Topnotch Sports is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping partners or customs.
  • Minor variations in color, design, or size due to the nature of custom production.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of law.


Amendments

Topnotch Sports reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
